Spay & Neuter Clinic

“Miss Kitty intends to assist in reducing the over population of animals in our community. Doing this will be the first such effort in the 185 year history of Thomas County, Georgia. We consider this project to be the most important effort to date that is directed toward reducing the over population of animals in South Georgia.”

Will You Join Us In the Support?

Miss Kitty is committed to constructing and equipping a spay and neuter clinic as a stand-alone facility with the intent of providing affordable spay and neuter for everyone. We consider this project to be the most important effort to date that is directed to reducing the over population of animals in South Georgia. In addition, we also believe that the facility will be one of the MOST SIGNIFICANT animal welfare project, EVER constructed in South Georgia.

Miss Kitty has benefited the homeless and abandoned cat communities by providing rescue, adoption, and medical assistance. We estimate these efforts to include over 1,000 separate animal welfare procedures annually.

While we are proud of our accomplishments to date, we realize that more must be done to bring the large number of homeless dogs and cats roaming the streets, roads, and yards of our community under control. These animals prowl our neighborhoods simply because their parents were never spayed or neutered.

We are hopeful that our community recognizes the importance of this endeavor and that you will support our financial needs. The project will make a major difference in the present over-population of animals and the plan to accomplish 5,000 surgeries annually is directed to that need.
